Commercial water loss roof rain leak

The crews at SERVPRO of Newport Beach responded to a commercial water loss resulting from a roof leak.  The affected lobby was moisture mapped using thermal imaging and drying equipment was placed accordingly.  Fortunately with a clean water source some building materials were dried in place,  meaning limited demolition was performed.  This saves on repair expense and time.  Some drywall was needing removed here due to the framing  wall condition.  This water mitigation project was completed with out any down time of the lobby usage.  SERVPRO of Newport Beach once again appreciative of the opportunity to provide our services. 949-646-2073
