Newport Beach Kitchen Fire Cleanup

SERVPRO of Newport Beach responded to this kitchen fire in an ocean front residence.  Th damage was extensive to kitchen as can be seen in photo.  Full demolition was performed in kitchen.  The framing was cleaned by means of dry ice blasting, then a through hepa vacuum of entire area.  Finally the exposed framing is odor sealed with an encapsulate paint coating.    SERVPRO went on to work with the insurance company for the scope of repair work needing done and rebuilt the kitchen.  Yes we are a full service provider from mitigation to rebuilding and remodeling.
