Quick work to get Newport Beach office space back to business

This office space in Newport Beach, CA was affected over the weekend from cracked plumbing elbow.  SERVPRO of Newport Beach was called in by the property manager.  We responded within the hour and quick work was made of the collapsed acoustic ceiling and drying equipment was set up to restore the property.  Acoustic ceiling is rarely salvaged and can be replaced easily.  The drywall on this suite was dried in place with only the vinyl coping removed.  This was performed with a plastic drying chamber in place to allow uninterrupted use of the other offices while the drying took place over the course of 4 days.
